I am so disgusted.

I usually don’t talk about politics and such on here but right now, I can’t help it. I cannot believe that DSK is probably going to get away with rape/assault when EVERYONE knows (at least in France) that the guy has done that kind of things for years now. I get that it’s the system and that if the woman is not an American citizen,  she can’t testify against him and I understand that her past doesn’t make her look really trustworthy BUT what does this mean? Does it mean that because you’re not a citizen, because you used to be an addict, a man can assault/rape you and get away with it? She is a HUMAN BEING and I don’t feel that she’s being treated as such and even if I understand why she can’t testify doesn’t mean that I am okay with it. 

I was watching the news earlier and I got so pissed. Some guy was interviewed and said “FINALLY, THE TRUTH IS COMING OUT!” … The fact that the guy is probably going to get away with it because the woman is not an American citizen is one thing BUT that doesn’t mean he didn’t do it! The fact that people can’t even make that distinction makes me realize, more than ever, that if the guy get away with it and come back to France, he’s probably going to run for President and has a fair chance of being elected and this makes me rage.

I hate so much of what the world chooses to be. 

The fact that he’s probably going to get away with it because she’s apparently involved in criminal activities disgust me. Just because you have a dark past doesn’t mean you don’t deserve justice. But apparently that makes her not trustworthy and that makes her not entitled to justice. What annoys me the most is that lots of people are saying “Finally, justice at last, he didn’t do anything, he’s a good man.” What a bunch of hypocrites, they all know his reputation and they’re just happy because that whole story was giving the Socialist Party a bad publicity. Hearing Martine Aubry and Ségolène Royal talking about how they are happy for him pisses me off so bad. And now the journalists are all implying that the woman was lying and that there was a sexual relation but that she’s was not forced into it. Ugh, please don’t disappoint me, Justice.
